Flexform is the division dedicated to the form liners for architectural concrete. Utilizing the Flexform form liners you easily turn the final aspect of your facades in an attractive and themed surface.

Form liners for architectural concrete allows you to:

The most important parameters to take in consideration regarding form liners are:

• Define the requested pattern that can be realized on existing catalogue proposals or custom made.
• Precise number of form liners to assemble (whole geometry of the design).
• Design to comply with (continuous mounting or positioning of joints).
• Dimensions adapted to the formwork to be used (no overlay).
• Type of application: on site or for precast lines.
• How to fix the form liner to the framework.
• The material of the support: steel or wood.
• Dimension of the casting to be poured.
• Numbers of casting and timing in execution.

• PURE is made of sintered polyurethane (polyurethane is a polymer composed of organic units joined by carbonate urethane links in a process that would preserve the nano crystalline structure).
• PURE reaches a pouring performance from 50 up to 100 reuses.

In addition some useful suggestions for correct casting application:

• to achieve for both types the best results, we recommend to use class S4 concrete and a suitable superplasticizer.
• use a concrete recipe suitable for exposed surfaces.
• store the form liners in a dry place protected against direct exposure to frost, sun, and rain.
• the concrete release must take place within 24 hours of the casting.
