Greenflex, concrete panel connector

Greenflex is an innovative and internationally patent connection system that enhance the global performance of precast insulated sandwich panels.

Made of a thermosetting vinyl resin reinforced with different types of glass fibers it can be used for any type of precast sandwich panel: insulated, lightweight and fire resistant application, horizontal or vertical panels with and without door/window openings and entrance doors.

This new system enables to achieve demanding precast wall panel U-Values or R-Values (*). Thanks to the composition of the insert you can targeting specific performances, saving significant money due to an optimized design of the panel allowed by the specific Flexware software.

Greenflex connectors also excellently performing in high and low temperatures.
